Welcome to the KGMHS Alumni Portal. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the portal.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership to the KGMHS Alumni Association and access to the authenticated portions of this portal are restricted to individuals who have attended or graduated from Kurigram Govt. High School. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and deny or revoke access if provided information is found to be false.

2. User Account and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Acceptable Use

The Alumni Portal is a professional networking environment. You agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
• Not use the directory for sending unsolicited promotional materials, spam, or mass messaging.
• Not post or share any content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the KGMHS Alumni Association and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
